That one shows most of the resorts and beach restaurants and is fairly up to date, albeit there may be a name change or two. The other is for the malecon in the village of Mahahual (old). One is for the town just outside the port area (Las Casitas/Nuevo Mahahual) it may be outdated as new places are being built. On the Mayan Gardens website are a couple of maps.
